We explore “memory” as a material for global preservation. The 2024 Noto Earthquake erased our lives. We rescued timber from houses and hand-fit it onto a new base. This bench will be a charm, carrying our memories.

世界的な保存意識への取り組みの中で、私たちは「記憶」という素材に向き合います。2024年の能登半島沖地震は、歴史的な暮らしを奪いました。取り壊された家屋から木材を回収し、新たな土台に手作業で組み上げます。このベンチは、私たちの記憶を運ぶ、お守りのような存在です。
